Yes, this is the "SinR".
This image is of the project at very early stages, what you are seeing is the first attempt to see if the 'SinR' shape would fit the marker platform/internals it's currently using. The final product is quite different from this image. It isn't gas through grip, and the feedneck is obviously larger than shown here.
It uses a custom made low profile MAC noid, the Electronics have a USB port for software updates, comes with the built in reg shown here and a second front reg mount in the box to allow you to use after market regs, and it will come with a barrel kit.

Apparently, it's just a quick and easy design to mill from a solid billet, which is why the similarity. The marker only existed as separate parts up until Wednesday (yes, that new) and has already seen 80,000 cycles since then. The actual body I am told will feature a curvier design with more metal removed, but with enough metal left over for some PL milling to be done if anybody wants to order a worthwhile number. I was told that there may be a chance to see a production milled, but unfinished, body (straight off the mill basically, with no polishing to remove the machine marks), but unfortunately, the head of the design team was reticent to give anything away, and made a hasty exit when I reied to speak. Talking of the designer, the man behind this marker is PeeGee, who used to be the head honcho at Evolve. Impressively fast in ramping (the board was set to unlimited) and fast enough in semi - it can obvioiusly shoot faster than anyone can actually pull the trigger. People with more nimble fingers than me were able to get it rolling quite nicely in semi. The trigger has a magnetic return, but the one being used was just running on the microswitch, with the magnetic return adjuster screw backed right out. The basic board is multi-mode, and has the adjustments you would expect from a modern stock board. As is common it adjusts via a combination of trigger pulls and button presses, with two buttons mounted on the back of the frame. A higher end model is planned with an OLED display. A press release is expected to be made at the next PSP event, and the marker is expected to go on sale at Toulouse Millennium event. A review and videos should be available in the next issue of the Welt e-zine.
