Man kann als Szene schon einen Denkzettel erteilen das genau so ein Verhalten nicht gewünscht ist.

Das ist genau so wie die Leute die AFD wählen um den anderen Parteien einen DEnkzettel zu verteilen.

Blödsinn.

Beispiel:

Du bist ein Team bei MAXS in der Regio / 3. BL machst da nen Jahresumsatz an Paint/Stuff etc. von ~10.000€. Dann sagste ich geh woanders hin - Warum auch immer. GLAUBST DU DAS KRATZT DIE? Klar wenn es 100 Teams machen... DANN kommst du in eine Größenordnung die Interessant werden würde. Aber es kommen genug kleine Teams von unten nach die die Kohle bringen.

Darum ist dieses "Denkzettel verteilen" geschlossen nicht Möglich.

Siehe DPL / XSeries Problem! Oder als M500 eingeführt wurde. Alle meckern und Teams die was geändert haben waren ne Hand voll!

nicht nur nerven..einige unterschätzen das ziemlich..social media gruppen sind mit die wichtigsten werbeplattformen. wenn da solche downrates stattfinden macht sich das sehr wohl finanziell bemerkbar..nicht umsonst kann man zb likes kaufen um seiten zu pushen..

Ja das tut es. Deshalb bemühen wir uns auch jedes Team zu verstehen und Gründe für den Wechsel herauszufinden. Für uns ist es unwichtig ... wie klein/groß das Team ist.
Um den Nachwuchs kümmern wir uns an anderer Stelle.

G.I. SPORTZ SUES VALKEN INC. FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT
On October 13, 2016, G.I. Sportz (GI) filed a lawsuit against Valken Inc. (Valken) for breach of contract and infringement of GI’s Marballizer® trade dress (U.S. Reg. No. 3,049,101). The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
This lawsuit stems from the breach of a contract that Gino Postorivo, President & CEO of Valken signed on May 20, 2014, which settled a previous Marballizer® trade dress lawsuit with KEE Action Sports (subsequently acquired by GI). In that settlement agreement (extract below), Valken agreed:
“it will not within the United States, and other territories where KEE has rights in the Marballizer Trade Dress, manufacture, cause to be manufactured, sell, market or distribute alone or in conjunction with others, the Subject Paintballs”
Despite this agreement, Valken decided to breach their commitment. Valken further ignored GI’s written request to honor their commitment and stop producing a product that clearly infringes on the Marballizer® products. In the end, GI was left with no other choice than to sue for breach of contract.
GI and its affiliates have spent decades investing both man-hours and money in the development of innovative paintball products, including its premier Marballizer® paintball brand and products. Over the years, GI has sought to protect these innovations and hard work through hundreds of patents and trademarks that have been issued globally. These iconic brands and products have allowed GI to create hundreds of jobs across the United States and invest in two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in North America.

We at APX want to set the record straight about GI’s lawsuit against us.
GI’s lawsuit against APX is not about protecting a patent. GI doesn’t have a patent. Kee Action Sports had a patent for blending two colors into a single gelatine ribbon - but that patent expired in 2014. The previously patented technology is now in the public domain - and everyone is free to use it. APX chose to make some paintballs using a two colored blended gelatine ribbon for simple reasons. With our Fyre grade, we think it looks cool and gives our customers a choice that is a little different. For our Dark Ops, which is made for woodsball, not only does it look cool, but its “cammo” and we think it blends in with the woods to make it harder to see coming. It seems our customers agree - our swirl paintball ball is very popular.
What is GI claiming? That’s not entirely clear. It seems GI is claiming that GI is the only one in the world that can make a paintball using a gel ribbon with two blended colors. As we understand it, according to GI, any paintball that has a two color blended ribbon somehow “infringes” on GI’s “Marballizer.” APX disagrees.
Specifically, GI claims that APX has “infringed” GI’s registered trademark for Marballizer paintballs by making paintballs that look like GI’s registered trademark. GI’s registered trademark looks like this:
You might think the same thing we do. Infringe on your trademark? Really? Our paintballs don’t look anything like your trademark.
What else is GI claiming? GI is claiming that APX is “passing off” APX “swirl” products as GI’s Marballizer. Specifically, GI claims that APX is seeking “to trade upon and/or diminish the widespread goodwill, reputation and selling power established by [GI], and to pass [APX’s] products off as those of GI.”
Nothing could be further from the truth. We aren’t about to agree that “Marballizer” has a reputation that anyone would want, but we sure are not “trading upon” GI’s goodwill or reputation. APX markets and sells its “swirl” paintballs as “Fyre” and “Dark Ops.” All of APX’s advertising shows APX as the manufacturer, and APX’s boxes proudly display “Made in the USA.” GI sells its Marballizer in a box that says “Marballizer.” It’s well known that GI does no manufacturing in the U.S. The box labels on the Marballizer we recently purchased say that it was made in Asia. GI claims that people buy our swirl ball because they think it’s a Marballizer. We don’t know anybody that has purchased an APX “swirl” paintball thinking it was a Marballizer or that it was made by GI. Every single one of our customers knows that we made it.

Naja, spätestens seit den Klagen die GI gegen mehrere Firmen losgetreten hat, scheinen sich die Gerüchte um die Namensgebung ja zu bewahrheiten. Gardner-Italia = GI ....
