The design of the face seal in combination with the reverse seal surface causes a low pressure on one side and a higher pressure on the other. This utilizes physics to speed the air into the bolt area much more quickly. The aluminum valve is fitted with a stainless steel insert for the stem to ride in to assure extra long valve guide life. Extensive tests have shown a 20FPS jump in velocity without changing any input pressures! This equals more shots for the same amount of air you are currently using.
